How is DISC Mastery different from Everything DiSC® Certification?

While Certification focuses on understanding the model and platform, DISC Mastery focuses on how DiSC is actually facilitated inside organizations. We’ve packaged our most proven approaches into one experience—drawing from decades of real-world facilitation—to help you lead DiSC sessions with confidence and clarity.

The goal isn’t just to understand DiSC.
It’s to become a facilitator who can lead it well.

Everything DiSC® Certification is available for an additional charge. Please note that DISC Mastery is not the official Everything DiSC® Certification. 

 

Is Everything DiSC® Certification Required? 

Everything DiSC Certification is not required to use Everything DiSC. That said, we strongly recommend either Everything DiSC Certification or DISC Mastery for any organization that wants to use DiSC well.

DiSC is a tool for dialogue, not diagnosis. When it’s introduced without clarity or skilled facilitation, it can quickly lose its impact—or worse, create misunderstanding.

The healthiest organizations don’t outsource this work entirely. They develop internal facilitators who are confident, competent, and trusted to help lead conversations, guide development, and steward the process over time.

 

What is the Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience? 

The Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience is a comprehensive toolkit that includes ready-to-use facilitation materials for Everything DiSC® solutions on Catalyst (Workplace, Worksmart, Agile EQ™, and Management) as well as real-time learner and group insights, ongoing training, and a supportive online community.

Practitioner status provides the access and tools. DISC Mastery focuses on how to facilitate those tools well.
