Is Everything DiSC® Certification Required? 

No. Certification is not required to use Everything DiSC® -  but facilitating it well matters.

DiSC is a tool for dialogue, not diagnosis. When it’s introduced without clarity or skilled facilitation, it can quickly lose its impact—or worse, create misunderstanding.

The healthiest organizations don’t outsource this work entirely. They develop internal facilitators who are confident, competent, and trusted to help lead conversations, guide development, and steward the process over time.

 

What is difference between QuickStart and Certification?

Quickstart gives you the foundational learning, resources, and practical support to begin facilitating Everything DiSC® within your organization. Certification includes everything in QuickStart, plus Wiley's official Everything DiSC® Virtual Certification Course and the opportunity to earn the official Everything DiSC® Certificated Practitioner credential upon completion.

Yes. QuickStart is designed to give you a place to start. If you decide later that you want the offical Wiley credential, you can add Everything DiSC® certification for $1,995. Your Quickstart investment carries over, so you won't pay twice for the Quickstart components.
