**Catalyst™** is a personalized learning platform that serves as the home base throughout an individual’s DiSC® journey. The Catalyst platform supports facilitator-led instruction and individual exploration, as participants work to unveil their unique tendencies and how they translate into the workplace. This is where intangible ideas are transformed into intentional actions.

## How it works

Learners take the most advanced online DISC assessment and respond to behavioral statements on a five-point scale to measure their preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC model—a simple, yet powerful model that describes four basic behavioral styles: D (Dominance), i (influence), S (Steadiness), and C (Conscientiousness).
