How we do it

Wondering what it takes to put the right people in the right seats, and to keep them all engaged after the fact? Here’s a brief overview of how we’d work with you to transform your hire-to-retire processes.

Step 1 - Listen

We visit your facility and hone in on our listening skills, as you tell us about your organizational goals, structure, and processes. Together, we identify your team development and talent acquisition needs and create our plan of action.

Step 2 - Propose

Here we propose your solution and process. This can be developing skill-specific job descriptions to attract ideal candidates, connecting with interested individuals, facilitating employee and team development—you name it, we can help.

Step 3 - Engage

Finally, we partner together to achieve your goals. We use skills and personality tests to assess potential candidates, then schedule interviews with the ones who are most qualified and aligned. In the meantime, we train you on interviewing best practices.

Step 4 - Complete

We stay connected, helping you onboard and engage your new employee with the rest of your team. We facilitate company culture assessments and training programs to ensure a healthy, happy work environment.
